I met this guy and we have a thing going on. It’s going great but... he’s in the process of getting a divorce and i feel bad about it and i’m think about telling him to hold off until it’s finalized. I just feeling like i’m doing wrong by being with him in the process. thoughts?

How soon since they separated? 
My current husband and I dated while I was going through my divorce (damn thing took 3 years) and we also got engaged. 
Ex had moved on, had moved to another city and we were done. After a year of being single I started dating again and that's when we met. He moved in after almost a year. 
I think it depends on the situation and the people involved. If you are iffy about it though I don't feel you're wrong to step back.

It all depends on the facts of his situation, I.e.: are their kids, will it effect the distribution of assets/debts?
I happen to be a family law attorney, and I always advise my clients to hold off on relationships until the divorce is final. Regardless of the stage of separation/divorce, it’s just good judgment.
