I was on metformin for about a year and had regular periods and wasn't losing weight so I decided to workout. I literally worked out for 3-4 weeks and lost 15 pounds then found out I was pregnant.

Yes, lost 10-12kg and got pregnant all natural. Doctor prescribed me femara/letrozol and should have started that the month after I got a positive pregnancy test.
