One side swelling more than the other??

This may all be in my head, but I feel like my left hand and foot are starting to swell, but my right side not as much. My skin feels much tighter on my left side. Any one else feeling this? 28 + 4 today.

My left ankle swells a bit more than the right. It’s not totally terrible but it is probably noticeable. I think this is ok though.

I had unequal swelling all week in my left leg/ankle/foot. My doctor had me come in to re-check blood pressure, protein in urine and then get an ultrasound of my swollen leg to make sure there wasn’t a blood clot. All came back normal for me but doesn’t hurt to get checked out.  Swelling has finally gone down now too, it was pretty painful but better for now.

My dr told me equal swelling is normal but when u have asymmetrical swelling to call dr that is a sign of preeclampsia
