Pains

Ok , I’m 31 weeks and 3 days pregnant and last night I’ve been hating on and off uncomfortable vagina pains it last for a second but it’s very intense to where it actually makes me say ouch i have been contracting since i was 26 weeks but only dilated to 1cm no progress after that so I’ve been in bed rest but I’m nervous about these pains and basically wondering has anybody else been feelings these pains also and any answers to help me know what might be going on
