Early labor or flu? 38+ weeks

I know it’s sounds silly but I’m a FTM. Been having 2-3 soft stools a day for the past three days, I’m achy all over, especially my lady bits (which obviously I attribute to baby having dropped). I’m so tired I accidentally slept in this morning for a total of 12 hours of sleep overall. I’m cramping on and off but I haven’t had full out contractions, and just overall feel miserable. I have a membrane sweep Tuesday so if nothing happens before then hopefully Tuesday. Any suggestions? Trying to figure out if I treat symptoms or just rest.
