Just wanted to share this with everyone, my son was peeing through his diaper at night and would wake up after 4 hours or so soaking wet. I googled different things to try and he loves his water at bedtime and I felt like it would be cruel to make him be thirsty all night. Anyway I found a couple of blogs where moms recommended these pads that go inside the diaper, they look like a major maxi pad that they use in the hospital when you have a baby. Anyway we tried them for the first time last night and it was amazing. After 12 hours he was still dry despite the fact his diaper was so full it was about to come off and the pad had a crazy amount of urine in it. Anyway, I got them on Amazon, they're called Sposie booster pads.
