What do I do

I'm 18 and I got off depo a little over a month and I switched to the xulane patch. U out my second one on 2 weeks ago and it came off in the bathtub so I put my 3rd week one on and when it came time to change it last wednesday I couldn't get anymore bc my insurance won't fill it til the 28th so the day after on Thursday I still had my old patch on and my fiance and I had unprotected sex. Well I still haven't had a patch on and the other day I started lightly spotting with a brown color and brown discharge. Now its a little more but still dark brown with a pink tint. What do I do?? I need advice,
