femara and trigger shot

A little back story. My RE prescribed femara CD 3-10. I went in on May 7th for an ultrasound to measure follicles. I had two, measuring around 22. So thankful for that, as I have PCOS and had to have my left ovary and tube removed due to a borderline cyst. She got all excited and told me that we needed to trigger that night and have timed intercourse. then she wanted me to have blood work done on May 16th to make sure I ovulated. Got a call on the 17th saying that my progesterone level was right were it needed to be for ovulation. Yay my body is cooperating with the medicine. Anyways, she wanted me to go back on May 23, a week after the progesterone test, to have my hcg tested. I got the call yesterday saying my hcg was 303 and my progesterone was at 34. I am pregnant. I am shock. Has anyone else triggered and got a BFP only 16 days after the Trigger? I have also taken two hpt and they both have came back positive. I feel like it's all a dream and I will wake up and none of this is true. My husband and I just celebrated our 10 year anniversary on May 17, so this is the best anniversary gift. By the way, this our second round of femara and trigger shot. I would love to hear y'alls success stories. Baby dust to all the ladies like I was and thought it will never be their time.
