Issues with D&C???

Soooooo I had an D&C; and when I woke up I found out the baby didn’t come out so they have to give me pills in my cervix to dilate 😩😩😩😩😩 I just want this to be over

I can totally appreciate your pain. I had a D&C; in Jan after a partial molar pregnancy. Everything seemed okay until 8 days after the op when I started bleeding uncontrollably. A&E; confirmed retained tissue after pulling some out of my cervix on examination. I had another D&C; the next day. To cut a log story short I ended up having a THIRD under the guidance of a hysterscopy to ensure everything was removed. You’re lucky they discovered it as soon as they didn’t and it was dragged out for a month. Makes a painful experience ten times worse!
