don't want anyone in the room after I have baby

Can I let the doctors know I don't want anybody in the room after you deliver baby you know the recovery room with baby? I'm going through some things right now and I don't want any of my soon to be so family in there I only want it to be me and my baby and my two children. But I know he's going to get mad that their not allowed but I just want it to be a peaceful day with no negativity plus I'm having a c section and my tubes tied all in the same day I don't want any random visitors like his fam friends and sister who I don't really care for.
