Sinus / tooth pain

I need your thoughts! Thursday morning I work up with serious tooth pain in my upper molars on one side. When I press on my sinuses on that side they are very tender, which is probably causing the tooth pain. I’ve been using my sinus rinse, nasal spray, started Claritin, eye drops and now my diffuser with an allergy blend of oils. Since it’s a 3 day weekend with the holiday I’m debating urgent care sooner than later... it’s not bad as long as I keep taking Tylenol but if I don’t it’s very painful. Also side note I was just at the dentist last Monday so I know it’s not a cavity or infected tooth.
