TDAP vaccine side effects?

I’ll be 28wks tomorrow and had the TDAP vaccine as well as my glucose test yesterday. I was fine all day but  I’ve been up since 3am with diarrhea. I never have had a reaction to this or any other vaccine before but wondering if that’s what it is. Did anyone else have this kind of reaction to the TDAP?
Edit: and now I’m throwing up. 😳

Diarrhea is from the glucose test. Sugar pulls water into your bowels, which is why most juices cause diarrhea. TDAP wouldn’t do anything more than a sore arm.

It could be from the glucose test. I had diarrhea for like 2 days because I’m not used to having so much sugar at once and on an empty stomach
