I’m 35 weeks pregnant and sat down on the couch and all of a sudden I’m having like period type pains that are kind of dull  in my pelvis area and paint up back and down legs ? Any idea? 💙

I’ve been having cramps for a week and I’m not even 34 weeks yet (however I am on number 3). Your body is getting ready for labor in just over a months time and things are stretching and running out of room. Hormones are changing as well. Cramps are normal as long as they are not happening every few minutes for longer than an hour.

Posible a trapped nerve ir baby lying on a nerve. Keep an eye if it gets worse get checked. Also try having a small walk or a bath x
