What does it mean when your bbt drops? I started tracking it during my period and now that it has ended it has Brooke’s a bit, is this normal?

It’s normal. Temps usually drop low before you ovulate.

Usually you bbt will drop before you ovulate because of the estrogen your body is producing. Once you ovulate it should spike (usually the following day). This is because after you ovulate your body produces progesterone (heat inducing) which makes your temp higher.
