I’m 24 weeks pregnant and I woke up around 12:55 am and had to pee really badly. After I peed, I started feeling really bad cramps in the lower left side of my stomach and the baby(we’re waiting to see if we’re having a boy or girl) felt like a hard ball in the lower part of my stomach. I was in so much pain I couldn’t lay back down in the bed. I started stretching from side to side but nothing was helping.

After about 2 hours I managed to fall asleep but was woken up with lower back pains..... The baby has stretched back out, no longer on a ball position but the pain is still there. has this ever happened to anyone? Any suggestions on how to alleviate the pain???
