TTC for 4 years.. a fresh start.
TTC cocktail... 2 vitex 800mg 2 maca root 1000mg and prenatal of course. hubby starts taking sperm boost and mobility tomorrow for a month then he is going to maca root also.. I also am cutting out majority of sweets and no more sprite (start monday)
