2 yr old not sleeping still.

So my 2 yr old doesn't sleep through the night yet? I don't know what to do. Some nights he is only up maybe 1 time. Other nights it could be 4 or 5 times. I am so tired and I am 35w4d pregnant with our 3rd and last baby. Anyone have any helpful hints as to what I can do. Also he is a heavy wetter. Pees through Every night. And yes he still gets a cup, haven't figured out a way that works to break him without losing my sanity. Hubby can't help at the moment as he just had back surgery.
