i need a second pair of eyes...

I just randomly went to take a test because my nipples have been sore for a little while now, longer than normal. when I get the urge to pee like, theres no waiting. I have to go. I've had 2 kids and giant fibroid all that have sat on my bladder before so it's hard telling if the urge to always pee and pee my pants if I dont go ASAP is early pregnancy or not..

I mean it could be just me but I think I see a vvvvfl..?
