Help 36 weeks pregnant should I go to funeral?

One of my good friends went to sleep at the wheel of her car. 4 car accident but she was the only one that passed away. I am 36 weeks pregnant her funeral is Wednesday. Everyone said I should not go cause I'm pregnant you no old wise tales. But I know she would come to mine if it was me what should I do ladies? Go or not Go?

I would go for sure.. I went to funeral (for a senior) when I was pregnant with my last baby and someone mentioned that it was nice that I came, she thought of it as a beautiful new beginning after and ending. Kind of sad but it really made me think..

I'm 35 weeks and I went to my grandmas funeral a few days ago.  I've never heard an old wives tale about it being bad luck to got to a funeral pregnant, but nothing except being in the hospital would have stopped me from going.  I would say go and honor your friend.  I see my grandmas passing late in my pregnancy as another angel watching over my baby.
