Hellpp 🏋️♀️ weight lifting
Hi I’m 15 years old & I’m pretty advance like im medium advance i guess with weight training. I weigh 120 pounds and Currently I’ve been lifting 105 pounds for legs. Is that okay? I’m getting a bit close to my weight which is idk if its safe. I love weight lifting though but I don’t want to risk getting injured at all. Please let me know what ya’ll think Thanks!!🌺🏋️♀️
