Bactrim w/ MRSA UTI

I'm having some massive anxiety about this but will it cause damage to the baby if I take Bactrim? they found a pretty bad UTI with MRSA. im on it for a week and I'm 7 weeks today. I'm just very nervous. I had 5 mc and this baby has a very strong heartbeat 😢
