anyone relate to irrational freak outs?

so me and my bf were both pretty drunk and agreed to oral sex. afterwards i freaked out that i wasn’t careful enough and sloppy and some may have gotten near me and got me pregnant 😂 does anyone else have irrational fears like me? i think mine stems from an underlying condition to where if i did get pregnant it would be risky for the baby. where else can these fears stem from?
