Detox/Cleanse
I’m thinking about doing a detox/cleanse before I start losing weight to rid my body of toxins and any water weight. Do y’all think it’s a good idea? Has anyone ever tried it?
I’ve done a bit of research, and people who have done a cleanse have lost 5-8 pounds by the time they’re done. That seems like an added bonus to me. I’m thinking about trying this seven day cleanse.

While doing it & after it’s over I plan to eat a lot healthier and exercise more regularly. I’m currently 201 and I’m trying to get down to 130-40.
