Ever want someone who you can’t have?

I feel really pathetic as I type this text. Because I know there is better out there & it’s not the end of the world, but it hurts. You feel stupid. I never told him that I have a crush on him but I am 100 % sure that he’s not interested bc well his responses to questions such as do you want to text me? And he goes Well I am texting you to keep the conversation going. We are just friends. But Im still dying a little inside. I will get over it though. Usually I am rejecting guys lmao but I guess I know how it feels to be on the other side 😩😂 Words of encouragement ladies ..?
