Pregnant or no, but no symptoms?

My first pregnancy I was so sick and breasts were so sore, and now nothing
Re tested after ladies suggested on here
Could it just be the color of the line showing through but not active?
I’m in disbelief please help

Currently pregnant with my second, I had no symptoms and didn't know until I was nearly in the second trimester.
With my first I had sore sore sore breasts, felt horrible, etc
it's very possible
