Im So Confuse

well some of y'all wrote me over a month ago when I was telling y'all I was getting a positive pregnancy test 6weeks after birth so after that I took a high dollar test it was negative so I started thinking maybe I'm not and it all in my head so now 1mth and half have went by and I started being nausea vomiting tired all the time and I figure what the hell IMA take one took another one and it was positive.. idk what to do at this point try and make a appointment help me out ladies could I be or no
