Smoked dried salami in pregnancy? 😓

Question

I just had 4 slices of smoked dried turkey and beer salami and have read that it might not be safe for the baby. I'm super worried. I should have checked really but I didn't. I'm feeling so fatigued and fed up, I craved it and I had it. I have gone off food so much lately.
Have any of you had salami whilst pregnant? Was baby ok?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Packaged deli meats have preservatives which make listeria unlikely. Don’t eat it if it’s been in the fridge for too long, but it will be fine 🤗

I haven’t had salami but I ate a cooked hot dog. They do t recommend either

the risk with salami is that it's cold cured, but I also ate it a few times before I learned it. 
you can take comfort in the knowledge that it's very rare to become ill from commercially produced products. the reason pregnant women are told to avoid is just because the consequences IF you do are so terrible.
