shampoo and conditioner. help?

Alright ladies, I need some help with my shampoo and conditioner!! Over the last couple years my hair has been breaking off, falling out, and thinning. I don't have oily hair, but it is dry and frizzy. It's naturally wavy, and I straighten about 2 times a week. Someone told me I needed to change soap. I have tried a variety of brands. I have used sulfate free and that makes my hair dry. I just need a good shampoo and conditioner that will bring my hair back to life!!

so look into the no poo trend happening now.  it's supposed to help restore the ph of your hair and scalp. you create a shampoo using water and baking soda. then an apple cider vinegar as the conditioning rinse.  it's weird at first but after a couple times your hair will be amazing.  
also, you could always do some hair masks.  a nice one is if you take pumpkin puree, honey and coconut oil.  heat it over the stove then massage into hair.

stop straightening it for awhile. and try argon oil. I use the one and only brand at Dallas beauty supply.

You need to use a heat protectant when you straighten it, and get an oil-based shampoo and conditioner.

I use ACV and water as shampoo. you wouldn't use this as conditioner because it dries your hair and scalp out but is pH balancing and strips away all the bad shit. I then use avocado mixed with raw honey as conditioner then rinse. once my hair is damp I scrunch in a little coconut oil and let it sit until next wash 
before using the stuff I use now
