Pregnancy

I took a test two days ago. In the morning it was very very faint then I took another one again in the afternoon(because I couldn’t wait) and it was a faint positive. I tested today, two days later and it was positive. Now I’ve had light bleeding off and on...is it normal? Its more or less when i wipe. I should note this is my third pregnancy, but with my other two I didn’t have any bleeding/spotting.

UPDATE!

I went to the ER last night and they did a urine test which was negative but did A blood test and my levels were up. She said I need to check it again tomorrow (Tuesday). She said they are in limbo because it could be a miscarriage or it could be a very early test. If my levels go up they will know it’s pregnancy and if my levels go down it’ll be a miscarriage. If you could say a quick prayer for me that would be appreciated.
