Moving on

Well my fiancée and I have been living together for the past year and we are moving to a new place. He has decided not to move with me so is that a major sign to break things off?He said wants to stay with me as a relationship but that’s all. We both work at nights and 4 days a week he spends at his ex wife’s home to help her care for their disabled daughter since she can’t lift her. So when he’s home with me he catches up on his sleep or watches tv. Unless I wake him up to help do things around the place or go shopping. He does nothing on his own. We moved where we are at so he could be closer to his daughter but my family needs my help now and we are a full hour away, so we’re moving closer to my family and farther from his daughter. We setup a new schedule for him to help with his daughter but his ex doesn’t like it and he seems to always wanting to satisfy her. When he’s not there his ex’s mom and husband helps her. But I could always tell he didn’t want to move where we are set to move in 2 weeks. Plus his name is the main name on our new 13 month lease. My mind is telling me this is him saying it’s over but he doesn’t has the guts to tell me. What should I do?
