Elevated Prolactin Levels

Hey guys! I just had bloodwork done, and they found my prolactin levels to be 31.8. The lab said the healthy range is 3.0-30.0. My doc sent me for a round two of bloodwork to check on it, and I’m waiting for the results. I have no symptoms of a prolactinoma, besides not being able to conceive for 10 months now.

My question is, has anyone naturally conceived with a slightly elevated prolactin level and without any medicine or anything?

I ovulated today at some point, as my opk was positive yesterday, and positive this morning around 10:30 and when I retested at 5:00 pm, the surge was over and the line was fading. Just wondering if I may stand a chance or if I should just not even try until I go to the doctor and see if she prescribed me something (ugh).

Any positive, uplifting comments would be greatly appreciated, as I am struggling today. Thank you! 💜
