can ur nose cause breatheing problems ?

so my nose keeps getting bigger than average and i’m very worried because noses shouldn’t grow at all. i hate my nose so much i want to chop it off. I been getting problems with my nose lately like breatheing problems at night, dizzynesss and light headed . it’s not a everyday thing, just happens at random times. im thinking its because of my big asss nose, i can take deep breaths but sometimes don’t realize i’m breatheing ....... should i go to a doctor or plastic surgery ? my parents both have big noses so i’m guessing i got their ugly gene. 🙄😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡
