Help please I need answers

I took my pill today at 6 like I always do but then I had diarrhea about an hour afterwards. I know that the pill I took probably didn't have time to absorb into my system but will this affect my other pills in the pack? Do I need to take my next few pills any differently? I had sex seven days ago am I at risk of getting pregnant because this pill didn't get to be absorbed? Im new to birth control and this is the first time this has happened I could really use some insight.
