Is this ezcema?

Hello momies! Recently my son developed this rash, it started really small like a grain of rice and its dry looking and now it gotten big even DR said its just a dry skin so i moisturize it with baby oil and now its gotten big and red! Im going to call my pedia monday. But can you tell what kind of rash is this? Is this ezcema? Thank you!
