EMERGENCY!!

i went to the pool yesterday and i’m on xulane (birth control patch) basically how it works is your get 3 patches in each box , you get one box every 4 weeks . you put change the patch every week & when you’re done with the third patch , you start your period . my last patch fell off in the pool yesterday 😐 so the reason i’m making this post is bc i’m going to a water park tuesday . can’t wear tampons , they’re so uncomfortable , but i really wanna swim . help a girl out 😂
