Help! We went to Busch Gardens and walked around a lot and, well, this happened. My mom but cortisone 10 on it and it burned so bad I thought I’d cry. Please help!!!!

Mom put baby rash cream on and it feels better, we think it’s so bad because of swear+chlorine+unwashed overalls did it
