36yo 11w6d spotting questions

1st let me start by saying that I really do not like posts like these but idk where else to turn. Yesterday I peed and had a lot of blood that was bright red and thin. Put a pad on and went straight to the ER. I was told everything was normal and that there was nothing to worry about. 178hb and the baby is moving around. The pad hours later was clean. But today I woke up w thick dark dry old blood when I wipe & a few drops on my underwear. The ultrasound lady did say I had a lot of bowel. They said blood sometimes happens. No other explanation. I guess I'm just looking for reassurance. Any insight? btw this is my 1st pregnancy.
