Dry and itchy skin.

So last year I started birth control and started with the depo, it sucked obviously and i never went back for another shot. After getting the first shot, i noticed this on my chest.. I didn’t say anything because I was sure it would go away, and I changed birth controls, (nuva ring, pills, patch etc) and now i’m on the nexplanon and I want to get rid of this because it makes me super insecure. Ladies any advice?
