Any idea what this could be?

We went swimming yesterday and this was not on him, this morning I give him a shower and I notice this on him.
He says he has no idea what it is?

Sometimes the chlorine in the pool water can give people with sensitive skin a rash, looks like a rash that’s been scratched. Just make sure that all the pool water is washed off and towels etc are properly washed afterwards

Was there a blow up toy or any other types of toys he was pulling himself up on? Or if he was pulling himself out of the pool and scratching his tummy on the side.

Looks like my sons. He has eczema so I put lotion and hydrocortisone on it and it went away. But I believe it was actually heat rash

Looks like a heat rash or just an allergic contact reaction, and he scratched it.

Any idea what this could be?
