Could I have sued ?

I gave birth at 15 and lets just say I had a pretty horrible long intense labor . I was pushing for 3 hours and needed a vacuum extraction to get him out wellll let's just say that even took a while . My son was born with a gash on his head and had a huge bump exactly where the suction was for months ! Till this day 3 years later he still has a hard bump on the left side of his head .Long story short I am 18 now my son is turning 3 in June and he has autism and slot of sensory issues . I wonder if my birth could of caused it they say autism and development delays are genetic blah blah blah bullshit . My delivery was the most horrible thing and while me and my boyfriend now are ttc been 6 months and nothing I pray I don't have a delivery like that again it was a night mare !!
