Am I pregnant again?

So, I am 4 months postpartum. I got the Kyleena implant at 6 weeks pp. I bled steadily up until last week when all of a sudden it just stopped.. now, I am hungry all the time. I have a bad stomach issue w/ diarrhea. I get the hiccups multiple times a day. Also, I am having INSANE meltdowns and mood swings.. I took a two tests last week but they were both negative. I thought for sure I was pregnant but then yesterday I started cramping and then I bled like two leaks but it was definitely old blood. What do you all think??
