HCG urine test lines not progressing

I went in for a blood draw after I got a faint positive on Friday. The blood draw came back 23ML. The only symptoms I have is heartburn and sleepy. But I also started progesterone on Friday night. I went in for another blood draw this morning because my urine lines are not progressing. To me they look almost lighter than before. Has anyone experienced this with urine tests but still got an increase in HCG by blood? I am using cheap Accu Strips.
