Can I become pregnant with no periods?

So Iv been off the depo 8 months (was on it for about 4-5 yrs). I have bled/spotted the whole 8 months.. mostly brown spotting. I test ovulation everyday and I randomly ovulate but don’t have a period as such.

My question is.. as anyone got pregnant after depo with no periods? As I seem to be having no luck and it’s getting me upset.

I’m getting very frustrated with my body as I don’t know what it’s doing. Iv been doctors but she said I have to wait it out 😔
