keeping having to pee

ok so I can't determine if my water is breaking or if I just have to pee nonstop. Today it's been super hot out so I have been drinking water nonstop. I keep having to use the bathroom. So far twice in less than an hour. both times A clear liquid only comes out. everytime I have a Braxton hicks I have the urge to go to the restroom. I lost a good part of my mucus plug yesterday and today. I have also been having light cramping pain. Nothing to painful just feels like the beginning of a period.
