First month tracking bbt
Last couple of months I have relied purely on symptoms and cm however have realised they aren't as reliable and have decided to start tracking bbt and do ovulation tests (also started prenatal vitamins ) only problem is I have no idea how to interpret bbt and the articles on here only confuse me more because I feel my chart looks so different any advice or pointers pls
My cycle tends to be 44 days long ( I have pcos )
