so I'm 13 weeks exactly today and the last couple days I have randomly got an excruciating pain in the middle of my back that goes around underneath my ribcage and up my back. It feels like a mix of some one just punched me right under the breast bone and like some one is trying to rip apart my ribcage. I can't really describe it. but I have had it a few times now and this last time I almost puked because of it. I wanted to try it was so bad. Has anyone else had this or know how to prevent/relieve?
