Four or more - what's it really like?

OK ladies, truth time! I've got three kids, would love another if we could.

Have I completely lost my mind??

To the women out there who have four or more kids, what's it like? Do you ever wish you'd had fewer children? Are you living hand to mouth despite a decent income? Have you felt your sanity legitimately slipping?

Or has it been a blessing and nothing else? Are you living in a blissful little circus?
