Positive tests but no other pregnancy symptoms?

With my first pregnancy which ended in MC I immediately got huge sore breasts, insomnia, night sweats and irritability. This time (4 weeks, 6 days) I feel nothing except for some minor cramping (no blood) and slight irritability. Anyone else also not have early pregnancy symptoms? I’m convinced this pregnancy may not pan out. :/

I didn’t have any symptoms during my entire pregnancy with my daughter. Felt great the whole time. She is a happy healthy 1 year old. This time around it is totally different. It just depends, every pregnancy is different. Don’t worry.

Every pregnancy is different. With my first I had all kinds of symptoms (which was 9 years prior). This one, I had no symptoms. I only found out I was pregnant because I was late and we had been trying for 10 months and every month was a disappointment until the last one.

I honestly wouldn't have known I was pregnant if I didnt know my cycle. I did not had morning sickness, food problems, mood swings, fatigue, or even sore breasts at first. it took a few weeks for some symptoms to show up. I am thinking maybe 6 or 7 weeks? i did have major cramping at first... but my doctor said it was normal unless there was bleeding. I'm 36 weeks now

I've never had anything start until six weeks. first pregnancy was a healthy boy, second pregnancy is 34 weeks along

Everyone and evert pregnancy is different. Lack of symptoms is not indicative of an imminent miscarriage.
