Down 47 pounds!!!!

I feel amazing!! I struggle with eating. I also have anxiety and I sometimes cant control myself from picking up food when im not hungry. I need help with portion and what to eat. I mostly go all week eating salad with chicken. I have busy schedule. Sundays are the best for meal prepping. I just dont know what to eat. Any suggestions??
