Laboring for nearly a week

So I've been in Labor for nearly a week. Tomorrow will officially be one week, baby girl is engaged and have been having regular contractions but it seems like nothing is progressing. She is so low that I can barely use the restroom, it's hell to walk, and it's genuinely painful. My doctor's nurse didn't seem concerned at all that I'm in labor, and I couldn't talk to my doctor directly since he's out of town. I'm wondering if I should go to L&D; and get checked out or wait it out until my appointment on Tuesday or until my water breaks or something. I was 2cm and 60-70% effaced last week and I have no clue if I've progressed.
